Soil: Volcanic, very rich in minerals.
Fermentation: Fermenting must for 24 hours.
Maturation: 220l Hungarian oak barrels for 3 years.
Alc. Vol.: 11% Residual Sugar: 188 g/l Acidity: 9.5 g/l
Food pairing: Dark chocolate based desserts, cigar.
