Tokaji 6 Puttonyos Aszú 2006

Description:

Nicest aromas of botrytized berries followed by enormous, high structure and full body. Long, smooth, endless taste and exceptional deepness of peach, apricot and fig character.

 

Vintage: 2006

 

Varieties: 70% Furmint & 30% Hárslevelű

 

Soil: Volcanic, very rich in minerals.

 

Fermentation: Fermenting must for 24 hours.

 

Maturation: 220l Hungarian oak barrels  for 3 years.

 

Alc. Vol.: 11%  Residual Sugar: 188 g/l  Acidity: 9.5 g/l

 

Food pairing: Dark chocolate based desserts, cigar.  

 

How to serve: 10-12 C°
