A wine typical of the variety, with a pale brick color and a restrained aroma.
Varieties: 100% Kadarka
Fermentation/Maturation: 15 days of maceration in wooden and in stainless steel tank. Aged in 500 liter Hungarian oak, 4-5 years old.
On the nose: Sniffing, we first think of cherries, earth and mushrooms, and then a sophisticated spiciness slowly rises in it.
On the palate: In complete harmony with the scents, after a light sip, a rich, wide range of flavors. Delicate, elegant, but definite acidity, a slight sweet sensation in the aftertaste, which reinforces the idea of ripe cherries.
