2017 Pinot Noir
The surprising red in a white wine region; the (not so) secret favorite of the winery team. We are perhaps proudest of the Pinot Noir, as it is a very sensitive variety both in the vineyard and in the cellar, demanding plenty of attention. Since the first vintage of 2003, it has become our unlikely flagship wine, although we work in a white wine region. We dedicate the annual Pinot Noir Vertical Tasting to exploring its aging potential with our guests.
